Yada Fenghui Wins First Prize for High-Performance Nano Conductive Polyaniline Coatings

Hunan Ben’an Yada New Materials Co., Ltd. 1. Eco-Friendly Polyaniline Anticorrosive Materials

Conductive polyaniline anticorrosive coating is an innovative new material developed under China’s National “863 Program”.

The technology is supported by more than 60 Chinese invention patents and one U.S. invention patent, and has received the Second and Third Prizes of the National Natural Science Award, as well as the National Science and Technology Progress Award.

At present, only a limited number of companies worldwide are capable of mass-producing polyaniline anticorrosive coatings, including Germany’s Ormecon Chemie and China’s Ben’an Yada.

Ben’an Yada operates an advanced polyaniline anticorrosive coating production line with an annual capacity of 2,000 tons.

2. High-Strength Eco-Friendly Water-Based Adhesives

Yada Fenghui produces green, environmentally friendly, high-strength water-based adhesives and is committed to becoming a leading manufacturer of high-quality eco-friendly new materials in China.

The company owns 16 Chinese invention patents related to water-based adhesive technologies and has successfully developed high-strength environmentally friendly water-based adhesives for applications in high-speed railways, automobiles, hospitals, airport terminals, and flooring systems.

It has established a production line capable of producing 1,000 tons of high-quality eco-friendly water-based adhesives annually.

During the international bidding for the intelligent and environmentally friendly Beijing–Zhangjiakou High-Speed Railway, Yada Fenghui’s products demonstrated outstanding performance and excellent cost-effectiveness, successfully competing with leading international manufacturers such as H.B. Fuller of the United States, Henkel of Germany, and Sika of Switzerland.

The company became the exclusive supplier of water-based adhesives for CRRC’s Beijing–Zhangjiakou High-Speed Railway project.
