Hunan Ben’an Yada New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Ben’an Yada) is a technology enterprise jointly established through close cooperation with the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in scientific research teams, technological achievements, and capital investment.

Integrating industry, academia, and research, the company specializes in the research, development, and production of advanced new-material products, including conductive polyaniline anticorrosive coatings, high-strength environmentally friendly water-based adhesives, and ultraviolet (UV) curing coatings.

The company has a professional R&D team of more than 30 researchers, doctoral and master’s degree holders, led by Academician Wang Fosong, a renowned chemist and former Vice President of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

1. Environmentally Friendly Polyaniline Anticorrosive Materials

Conductive polyaniline anticorrosive coating is an innovative new material developed under China’s National 863 Program.

The technology is supported by more than 60 Chinese invention patents and one U.S. invention patent, and has received the Second and Third Prizes of the National Natural Science Award, as well as the National Science and Technology Progress Award.

At present, only a limited number of companies worldwide are capable of achieving large-scale production of polyaniline anticorrosive coatings, including Germany’s Ormecon Chemie and China’s Ben’an Yada.

Ben’an Yada currently operates one of the world’s largest and most advanced production lines for polyaniline anticorrosive coatings, with an annual production capacity of 2,000 tons.

2. High-Strength Environmentally Friendly Water-Based Adhesives

Yada Fenghui manufactures green, environmentally friendly, high-strength water-based adhesives and is committed to becoming a leading manufacturer of high-quality environmentally friendly new materials in China.

The company owns 16 Chinese invention patents related to water-based adhesive technologies and has successfully developed high-strength environmentally friendly water-based adhesives for applications in:

High-speed railway vehicles, automobiles, hospitals, airport terminals, flooring systems, and other industrial and civil applications.
