Recently, Li Yuchun, Chairman of Yada Fenghui, visited the construction site of the High-Speed Rail Transit Eco-Friendly New Materials Industry–University–Research Base, which is invested in and developed by Hunan Yada Fenghui New Materials Co., Ltd., to inspect the project and provide guidance.
Chairman Li Yuchun conducted an on-site inspection of the project’s construction progress, listened to reports on overall work and the progress of key construction tasks, and put forward relevant suggestions and requirements for the next stage of development.

The project mainly includes an intelligent manufacturing center for eco-friendly water-based adhesives used in high-speed rail and rail transit, an intelligent manufacturing center for polyaniline anticorrosive new materials, a testing and quality control center, an R&D center, an integrated intelligent management center, staff dormitories, finished-product warehouses, raw-material storage facilities, and other supporting facilities.
The project adopts a pipe-pile foundation system, with both frame structures and steel structures.
Upon completion, the base is expected to achieve an annual production capacity of:
- 10,000 tons of eco-friendly water-based adhesives for high-speed rail and rail transit
- 10,000 tons of water-based polyaniline anticorrosive coatings
- 15,000 tons of UV-curable coatings

The High-Speed Rail Transit Eco-Friendly New Materials Industry–University–Research Base is a major science and technology project under China’s National “863 Program.” The municipal and district governments attach great importance to the development of the area and have placed high expectations on the project.
Chairman Li Yuchun emphasized the importance of accelerating industrial transformation and upgrading, promoting industrial park development, business district prosperity, headquarters economy, and exhibition-related industries, while driving both the expansion and quality improvement of the regional economy.
He also stressed the need to develop distinctive strengths and build strong brands. Yada Fenghui should fully leverage its advantages, remain grounded in practical development needs, and focus on creating its own competitive highlights and brand value.
In addition, he called for further improvement in working practices, stronger responsibility and execution, and the development of a professional team that is responsible, courageous, pragmatic, and results-oriented, providing solid support for higher-quality regional development.
